This 1958 MG A is offered with No Reserve. With the end of the TF model, MG had exhausted its traditional running board and articulated fender design of the past. Therefore, for 1955, MG took a page from modern styling and created a ponton-style successor to the T-series MG. The car had an all enclosed body with complete body lines front to back. The final product looked so far removed from the TF that MG decided to give the car a new name, The MGA.
This MGA is described by its current owner to be in very good condition with an excellent running BMC 1500 Engine. The 4-speed transmission shifts smoothly. The owner also states the MG is an older restoration but maintained very well with newer side curtains, all new hoses, rebuilt starter, and an electronic ignition conversion. This MGA comes with its original tool kit, engine hand crank, and a registration.
