This 1958 Studebaker Golden Hawk is an excellent example of Studebaker’s top of the line model that has undergone a complete frame up restoration. Produced for only three years, this vehicle is one of only 878 Studebaker Golden Hawks built in the final year of the production run. Built as a luxury vehicle with a great deal of performance and handling, the Studebaker Golden Hawk represented the epitome of 1950’s styling and design. The gracious curves and fins are accented nicely by the two tone black and gold exterior finish.
Under the hood, this Golden Hawk is powered by the famous 289ci Studebaker V8 engine with the factory McCullough Supercharger option, rated at 275hp. The transmission is a three speed with overdrive. Serious collectors and Studebaker enthusiasts should take note, Supercharged versions of the famous Studebaker Golden Hawk do not come up for sale very often. Sold with a registration.
