This 1964 Porsche 356C serial # 13417111421 is a high quality, numbers matching vehicle that has been meticulously cared for and maintained by its current owner, a long time collector of fine Porsches. Prior to current ownership, this vehicle underwent serious mechanical and cosmetic restoration with a close attention to detail. Restoration records for this vehicle are available. On the exterior this 356C is finished in a highly desirable Bali Blue color and is equipped with its factory installed electric sunroof. The interior was reupholstered in tan with an oatmeal carpet during the restoration. A Blaupunkt radio and black rubber floor covering were kept. Under the rear lid, this Porsche is powered by its numbers matching 1600cc engine paired with its original 4-speed transmission that the current owner recently had rebuilt by specialist Vic Skirksman. The engine was balanced and blueprinted during the rebuild and engine stamping #732170 has been confirmed as original according to the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. A new wiring harness was installed in 2017. The exhaust system is an all new, correct European exhaust. Restoration details include a bare-metal repaint in the original Bali Blue and the floor pans were replaced. The original brightwork was reportedly re-plated and reconditioned at this time, and new rubber seals were used during reassembly. According to the owner, this Porsche has been maintained and cared for to a high degree and driven less than 500 miles since its restoration and always kept in proper climate controlled storage.
