This 1968 Chevrolet Corvette is a numbers matching 327ci, L79 350hp four speed car. According to a prior owner, this Corvette was owned for over 47 years by one of the owners of O’Connor GMC in Augusta, ME. Well cared for over its lifetime, this Corvette has been repainted one time prior and still shows extremely well. The numbers matching 327ci engine has recently been rebuilt by what the consignor describes as a “highly reputable shop.” Paperwork documenting the engine work is included with the vehicle. According to the consignor this vehicle is believed to have just under 56,000 original miles. A matching hard top does come with this extremely fine example of a classic 1968 Corvette.
