This 1969 Fairlane 500 SportsRoof is a one family-owned car from new. It was fully restored by the original owners and has been sparingly driven and shown since. Included with the car is a large file of documentation showing the history on the car.
This is a very rare car as fastback Fairlane’s were ordered by younger drivers, used and abused making survival rate for these very low, this was ordered new with the 302 V-8 engine coupled with a C-4 automatic transmission. The result was a very fast car that was carefully preserved for decades prior to restoration. It was a rust free car with no accident history. A bider with restoration pictures, original bill of sale, and original title for historical purposes comes with the car.
Another nice point about this car is it is stock. Only a period correct tachometer has been added to the interior. A free flow exhaust system is the only mechanical modification. The car has a great sound and is incredibly fast. According to Ford records, only 11,386 were built in 1969 with the 302. It starts easily, warms quickly and is a blast to drive. The car has a great look, is very rare and is ready for touring right out of the gate. This car is Sold with No Reserve, its original bill of sale, and a title.
