This 1973 Porsche 911T has been meticulously cared for and set up for an exceptional driving experience. The “T” does not stand for Targa, rather Touring. And while this signifies that this is the entry level 911, that doesn’t mean this car is any less a Porsche. For starters, in 1973 the larger 2.4 liter engine offered a noticeable improvement over the previous 2.2 liter engine it replaced. One of the advances to the 1973 911T was fuel injection which allowed the six-cylinder boxer engine to develop a very respectable 148 lb-ft of torque.
This Porsche features a new muffler, master cylinder, plug wires and connectors and generator belt. In 2019, the engine was completely rebuilt An all new interior featuring front leather seats, dash speaker, and horn have all been installed. A 4-wheel alignment has also been performed on this vehicle.
As one former owner noted, the design of this vehicle was unique nearly 50 years ago and today it still exudes plenty of style. This vehicle is being offered with a registration.
