Description
This 1966 Ford Galaxie 500XL convertible underwent a complete rotisserie restoration in 2013 by Yesteryear Restoration in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During the restoration all chassis and frame components were powder coated and the body was properly restored, receiving a high quality brilliant white finish with pin stripping. Bumpers and other trim pieces were re-chromed.

Bumpers and other trim pieces were re-chromed.
On the interior, the blue and white color scheme highlights the bucket seats, console, padded dash and wood grained trim extremely well. A matching blue boot covers the power top. Firestone tires are fitted to torque thrust wheels.
Under the hood is a rebuilt 390ci V8 Engine paired with a three speed Cruise-O-Matic transmission. Mechanical upgrades performed on the vehicle during restoration include a new power steering unit and linkage, a new power-boosted braking system, new gas tank and fuel lines, and a new vintage air conditioning system. Underneath, the chassis and frame are extremely clean. Sold with a registration.
