Known as “Mayhem”, this one-of-a-kind all steel Hot Rod was built to be the ultimate street machine with its era correct appearance and modern upgrades. It’s truly like rolling artwork. Some features include a custom red leather interior by Redline Interiors, Vintage Air conditioning, power windows, modern stereo system, built 468 V8 engine, M22 4-speed manual transmission, Ford 9” POSI rear, Mustang II front end, 4 corner coil over adjustable shocks and an Outlaw Custom chassis. This vehicle was found as very solid original 1934 2-door sedan in Freemont, NE by a gentleman who lives in Omaha, NE. He purchased it in October of 2014 with intentions of building the ultimate street machine. His vision was to build a vehicle that would get the respect of the Hot Rod community while incorporating modern conveniences. He invested well into the six figure range and completed the build in 2020. Since completion it has been driven 77 miles and took “Best of Show” at World of Wheels. The award is not included. The exterior body is all steel unlike many vehicles that are fiberglass reproductions. The top was chopped and the drip rails were shaved during the restoration. It has a Rootlieb 3-piece hood, suicide doors and Ford NOS front fenders. The body is very straight with excellent panel fitment throughout. The doors open and close very nicely. It was finished in two tone silver which was picked from 2018 Ford Models. The paint is stunning and has been detailed to a show quality shine. It has all new tinted glass throughout that was custom made to fit chop. The front windshield still opens and closes for air circulation. Some of the other custom exterior features include the front windshield molding, chrome parking lights, front stainless grille with LED turn signals, chrome door handles, rear quarter gas cap and rear tail lights. It has the perfect stance on new ET polished wheels that are 8×15 on the front and 12×15 on the rear. The front wheels are wrapped with BF Goodrich Excentia GT 195-65-15 tires. The rear wheels are wrapped with BF Goodrich Comp TA Drag Radial 345-55-15 tires. The all new high quality red leather interior is absolutely gorgeous in every sense of the word. Everything in the interior was designed and completed by Redline Interiors. The custom work includes the headliner, dash, door panels, center console, seats, rear compartment and carpeting. The red soft leather is rich looking and feels amazing. The more you look at the craftsmanship the better it gets. Some of the other custom interior features include LED lighting under the dash and on the center console, Autometer Pro Comp Ultra-lite silver gauges, billet accessories, Ididit polished tilt steering column with billet levers, Banjo steering wheel, Specialty power windows, Vintage Air conditioning, Hurst shifter with red leather boot and black shift knob, Pro Car bucket seats, Pioneer 6.2” touchscreen DVD/CD/MP3 player, Rockford Fosgate front and rear speakers. The engine compartment is nicely detailed throughout with all new parts. The firewall was finished in black which complements the two tone silver exterior and red interior. The heart of this beast is a built GM 468 Big Block V8 engine that has an estimated 500+ HP. Some of the engine upgrades include TRW forged pistons, chrome moly rings, Comp hydraulic cam, Comp push rods, Comp stainless rocker arms, Dart heads and intake that were both ported by Dan Harry Heads in Sioux City. It’s equipped with an AED Ultra 750CFM carburetor and MSD electronic ignition system. The engine is dressed with painted finned valve covers and air cleaner. The Bad Boy horn puts the icing on the cake! The engine is cooled by an aluminum AFCO Racing Radiator with Maradyne high performance dual electric fans and billet overfill canister. The engine breathes through Sanderson ceramic headers and a 2 ½ stainless steel exhaust system with Magnaflow Hush Power mufflers that sounds mean. The engine is coupled to a rebuilt Muncie M22 “Rock Crusher” 4-speed manual transmission with HD hydraulic clutch. It’s equipped with a custom driveshaft that spins the shortened Ford 9” POSI rear end with 31 spline Moser axles. The undercarriage is also nicely detailed throughout with all new parts. The underside body and chassis was finished in black. The steel body sits on an Outlaw Custom chassis built by Chassis Engineering. It’s equipped with a Mustang II front end, Carrera Hyper coil over adjustable shocks/springs, front disc brakes and stainless fuel tank. This vehicle has been recently serviced and detailed which is documented with an invoice that is included. This vehicle is offered with a clean title. From the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection.
