According to the consignor, this particular Model T was driven by its owner at the time in the opening scene of Disney’s movie Tuck Everlasting. According to the consignor, this vehicle was a strong original car that was toured and used reliably in the 1950’s and 60’s in Virginia. In the early 1970’s the body was removed, and the body wood repaired properly by Amish carriage makers. It is powered by its original 1914 Model T engine with planetary transmission. A Model T starter has been added at some point in the vehicle’s past; however, the original aluminum non-starter hogshead is included in the sale. A full set of headlamps, side lamps, and horn compliment this car. Overall, the owner describes this as a nice driving classic 1914 Model T Ford. Sold with a registration.
