A full redesign on all Chevrolet models referred to as "diamond crown" incorporated more dramatic styling. The grill swept back on both sides and a pronounced body crease began behind the front fenders and faded diagonally into the doors. Having been part of the Bob Phelps collection, this coupe has much to offer, It is particularly well restored and presents itself very well. There are some Paint issues on the hood and front cowl, as seen in the pictures. It rides on period-correct wide white bias ply tires and the rear mounted spare is housed in a hard metal cover. The engine compartment is clean and the pristine passenger compartment has been treated to fresh tan LeBaron Bonney upholstery and door panels. Behind the clock-mounted glove box door is the original radio operator instruction manual. The coupe is a real treat to experience and will be appreciated by the new owner.
