This 1952 Dellow MkII is part of an estate collection from Vermont and is offered for sale with No Reserve. The Dellow is a little known car to Americans, but was a hero on British hill climbs and trials. This particular Dellow has an all brushed aluminum body with a red grille. It has the 1172cc Ford 10 engine used in Anglias and early Escorts. This engine sports a little more kick from a quite large roots supercharger and an SU carburetor. The engine is mounted to a 3-speed manual transmission with very low gearing. The car runs and drives very well after one gets used to the driving position and feel of each pedal. It is in very good condition overall. The vehicle has been in storage in recent years and has undergone brief service by estate representatives to ready the vehicle for auction. Due to it’s years in storage, the car may need more attention before proper road use. Items that come with the vehicle include: Several replacement parts (filters, bearings, gaskets, etc…), the original UK registration book, magazine and newspaper clippings of the car, pictures, service records, various documentation, and owners manuals. This car is sold with a current registration.
