Offered for sale at No Reserve is this rare bodied 1953 Ford F100 panel truck. This Ford has been customized by a long time custom enthusiast and is an extremely reliable driver. The owner notes that they have used this vehicle to tow their camper from Maine to Georgia and back multiple times. Often, they would take the scenic route the Appalachian Mountains with no problems at all.
This vehicle has a fuel injected 350ci Chevrolet V8, a 700R4 automatic transmission, and dual exhaust. Under the front is a Fat Man Fabrication Mustang II type suspension, power rack and pinion steering, and power disk brakes. Providing plenty of cooling is large radiator with overflow tank. The tires are fairly new and are dressed with baby moon hubcaps.
On the interior this F100 has a fully insulated and upholstered interior with power leather bucket seats, seat belts and slightly tined window. The dash sports a full compliment of working gauges, tilt steering wheel with column shift, power windows, power locks, and cruise control. The air conditioning has an auxiliary fan for extra condenser cooling and the heat, defroster, and the fresh air cowl and side vents all work. Other features include a hidden AM/FM/CD player with a remote 10-disc changer.
Also included in the interior are foldaway rear seats with belts, a high density rubber padding under floor carpeting, and front and rear dome lights. The back up and taillights are LED and the vehicle also has a third brake light with signal lights.
For towing, this Ford has a heavy duty receiver hitch, seven pin trailer wiring socket, towing mirrors, rear air shocks and an extra leaf springs. Sold with a title and registration.
