The rear end has been replaced. Sixteen years ago this SS Convertible underwent a high-quality, body-on restoration. An extremely straight car, all of the original sheet metal was in excellent shape. During restoration the engine was rebuilt and bored .030 over and the interior was restored using only correct materials and upholstery, as was the top. The current owner has always properly maintained and cared for this vehicle during their ownership. When not in use, this Chevelle SS has been stored in a heated garage.
