The seller also states you will have a hard time finding a better TR4A with engine modifications, IRS and overdrive where there is no problem keeping up with today’s modern traffic
Some of the engine upgrades include, head rebuilt with hardened seats, valves-springs-heavy duty tappets, new fuel pump-new timing gears and chain, street cam,spin on oil filter, rebuilt carburetors, radiator flushed, new hoses, new motor mounts-new solenoid petronix ignition, original oil canister included.
The paint good is good, chrome good, top good, good tonneau cover, all correct emblems, surface rust on floors, good rockers and sills-doors open close don’t sag.
This car has independent rear suspension and service includes, 4 new coil springs, new tie rods, new ball joints, trunnionsrebuilt, all boots good, bushings replaced except rear suspension, The frame has professionally repaired, the seller states the tires are out of date radials, they are not cracked and still have lots of tread
The interior has some upgrades including, new seat foam and covers, new door seals, speedometer and tachometer were rebuilt and calibrated, The car still has its original carpet, wood dash, windows that function well, and all instrument gauges function.
The TR250 transmission was rebuilt with TR4A top cover and Laycock type A overdrive-new relays and switches-new clutch and pressure plate-new throw-out bearing, good original transmission available post sale.
