According to the consignor, this 1969 Chevrolet Corvette is a numbers matching L36 427ci 390hp roadster. All of its life, this original car has been extremely cared for and its current caretaker states that this car runs, drives and performs as one would expect. The 427ci/390hp L36 engine delivers its power to the 3.70 posi rear end via the famous M21 Muncie 4 speed manual transmission.
On the exterior the car was repainted around 2000 in its original highly desirable 983 trim code Fathom Green. is extremely presentable and represents the car well. Its overall condition reflects the care and maintenance one would expect in a highly sought after vintage Corvette. The interior is a beautiful tan leather. Other features include rally wheels and side pipes.
Documentation included with this car include the original owner’s manual, 1969 new vehicle warranty papers and the original Protect-O-Plate. According to the documents provided this car was sold new at the Milroy Chevrolet Inc. dealership located in Hudson, NY.
