This one-owner 2002 Wells Cargo 20 ft. enclosed car trailer is in very good condition and is part of the MS CLASSIC CARS “NO RESERVE” COLLECTION. Wells Cargo has been building trailers since 1954 and is known for quality craftsmanship. As the clean Rhode Island title indicates it was purchased new by the original owner on May 25th, 2002. It was purchased from BTT Trailers located in Swansea, MA which is still remains in business today. The gentleman who purchased this trailer only used it sparingly to tow his show quality 1960 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible which was purchased by MS CLASSIC CARS. The black aluminum exterior was recently detailed and shows well. As expected with age it does have some minor imperfections. The silver trim was recently touched up to improve appearance. Some of the exterior features include an aerodynamic front nose, two side doors, diamond plating on the front lower section and fender wells, front mounted spare tire with cover and two stabilizer jacks on the rear. It’s also equipped with two roof mounted air vents with covers that don’t operate. The trailer rolls on 15” aluminum 8-hole designed wheels. The wheels are wrapped with Goodyear Marathon 205-75-15 tires with 2013 date codes. The tires have very limited use and are in very good condition. The interior space is very clean throughout. The floor was covered with a durable black carpet. It’s equipped with a Superwinch electric winch with remote control that is in working order. The winch is powered when connected to a vehicle and also has a separate battery box. A complete Reese hitch with stabilizer bars, automobile straps, hitch lock and multiple pad locks are included.
