The Mercedes 560 SL is an iconic classic. It is one of the few classic vehicles that is timeless. With the ability to be a coupe by using the hard top or a roadster with a concealable soft top it gained a reputation of being one of the most versatile luxury sports cars. The 1989 560 SL was the last year of production for the 107 series making it the most desirable. The smoke silver exterior with burgundy interior was one of if not the most desired color choice in its time. The canvas soft top is sable in color and is in good condition. This car has spent the majority of its life in South Carolina. The under carriage is very clean having no corrosion which most northeastern cars of this vintage usually suffer from. The few years it has spent in the North East it was used only in the summers and always garaged. Just recently serviced having a new oil and filter and replacing both front brake calipers and pads.
